We updated the BING carburetors with a vacuum take off kit, so the carburetors can be synchronized with a mercury gauge (BMW made this standard in 1972). This beautiful Vintage BMW is very clean, complete and original. It has only 29,850 original miles. We found it after it had been stored for 12 years in a nice dry garden shed with a raised wood floor. The stuck pistons were the only significant problem. The original finish was well protected by a layer of dust, which cleaned right off. We reconditioned it end to end; the end result was impressive! Runs GREAT! Handles and rides like a new bike. A real pleasure to experience.

There is only 1 (barely) noticeable paint flaw; a scratch about 4” long along the left rear upright edge of the tank, right next to the seat. It has had a hand touch-up, so it is not noticeable from 10 feet away.
